Our schedules are very busy and often take us in different directions but when it is time to getaway we are all on the same page. There are no cell phones and no computers. we thought we couldn ot get away from them the first time we tried it but we found it made the vacation more of a vacation and we decided to make that a rule!

There are so many friends of ours that are investing in motor homes. We all have large families and it just makes sense if we are going to travel that the cheaper way to do it is to bring our hotels with us. We have traveled quite a bit together and we have decided that purchasing a motor home is a smart move for us as well. It just makes traveling so much fun to be on the open road and have the freedom that comes with having your home with you! There are places that do motor home repairs but we have not had to use them yet. I would imagine with all of the motor homes that we see on the road they stay quite busy and for motor home owners it is a comforting feeling to know tha there are places out there should we need them and we know that we will all eventually need service.
