Companies that have good business savvy know that the only way to make your company successful is to make it visible. You can not operate most businesses from the shadows and expect it to run at top potential. That is why you will see a company name or logo from anywhere and everywhere. You will see the companies names on buses to park benches. I like the thoughts of the buses better because they are moving billboards which means more area is covered. Now let’s bring that same thought down to a smaller scale. Let us think Promotional items. People love to receive Promotional items. Everything from pencils and pens to hats and clothing are always well received as promotional items. To give out Promotional items is a good idea no matter what type of business you are because that means your company will be in someone’s visual at different times. When they need your services they will have a “business card” so to speak and will call you first. It works almost subliminally. We gave away promotional mugs one year and I can not tell you all the business we received from those mugs because the potential customers not only liked the mugs but they had our company name in front of them first thing in the morning and periodically all day. You can see why as good as a business card is promotional items will win them over. Besides being a good company billboard they are also fun to give away because everyone wants one and that makes it fun. I have never had people actually come up and ask for my business cards as they do our coffee mugs or hats! Besides that when you give out a business card it goes in their wallets or desks but when you give out a hat it goes on their heads and becomes a walking billboard to promote your company. Just think about it the next time you pick up your mug or see a hat with a logo on it . That could be your company name getting seen by everyone around it creating potential customers everywhere it goes!
