It has been a few years now since I had the opportunity to visit my mother-in-law’s house. One of the things that you will remember in her home is her love for her grandfather clocks. She proudly displayed it in her den, the grandfather clock was one like that looked like the following grandfather clock picture.

On everyone’s conversation was if the football team was dedicated enough to the event to stand out there all day fighting the wind then the least they could do was come to the event! When I am at the gym I know that it is coming up time for the beach because you can hear the treadmills spinning! You can hear them as they speed their way through the workout heading toward that bathing suit body. I can just see it now. The people on the treadmills have an image of their bathing suit in their minds and they are running towards it and they know if they keep running eventually they will reach it. What ever reason a person chooses to get fit is a good one even if it is just for the summer!
