If you are someone that has ever rented then you more then likely have a story to tell. It seems that when my friends and family get together they have so many really funny stories to tell. Most people start out renting apartments and for us that was our beginning as well. We had so many different apartments in the beginning because it seemed that everytime we found one we loved and moved in we would stay until we needed to sign another lease and we would just “look around” until we found something better. We never started out to move but just look around and see what else was out there. It seems we had chosen just the right time to rent apartments because our area was developing which meant there were always new apartments being built. The funny part of our story is that for several years we lived in apartments and we loved them. We moved many times and in the end we wound up renting the very same apartment we started off in. We knew we liked it then but we moved to be closer to our jobs and as life goes we found ourselves changing jobs many apartments later and it put us across the street from our old apartments. We were then able to walk to work! Anyone that has a long distance to commute to work knows that cutting that time out has a tremendous benefit. Although I now have a long commute and I use that time to unwind and listen to music I am just making the best out of a situation. If I could cut my commute I would. That is such a benefit that renters have over home owners. The other benefit is if something breaks you can call the repair guy if you rent and if you own you are the repair guy!
