If you love the rodeo like so many people then you are probably already thinking about the Houston Rodeo & Livestock Show. You can enjoy the livestock show first with some of the beautiful animals. Then you can get ready for the main event. This event is where many of the top cowboys and cowgirls come and show off their skills. This makes for a very entertaining evening. The crowd gets really charged up and their favorites take the arena. It is not hard to tell who the favorites are if you have never followed the circuit all you have to do is listen. The crowd will tell you. There are seats on the sides of the arena that give you a good center view and you get complimentary food and drink with them. After you have spent the day viewing livestock and enjoying the rodeo there is still more to see. There is a concert with some of the top musicians and singers in the different genres that come out on stage and continue the show into the night. Different nights bring different music featuring country, Latin or hip hop. There is something for everyone. When you leave this event you know you have seen a show!
